The Post University women's tennis team lost a tough 4-3 match to Chestnut Hill on Saturday in Philadelphia, its first Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference loss of the season.

Alexandra Dereban won their doubles No. 2 match, 6-4, but the Eagles dropped doubles No. 1 and No. 3. In singles, senior
Andrea Sandoval took care of business at No. 1, winning, 6-4, 6-4 over Mia Covic. In No. 2 singles, classmate
Areej Fareh won a hard fought battle against Barbara Broville, 6-4, 3-6, 10-8, and Dereban won her singles No. 4 match, 6-1, 6-0.
Sunday
On Sunday, the Eagles dropped a 6-1 home match to Southern New Hampshire at the Edgewood Bath and Tennis Club.  Dereban won the lone match for the Eagles in singles No. 4, 7-5, 6-3 over Mina Hogue.Â
The Eagles will take on Dominican on Wednesday, October 2 at 3 p.m.
