Orangeburg, N.Y.– The Post University women's soccer team lost a 4-1 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game to Dominican on Wednesday afternoon.
With the loss, the Eagles fall to 6-5-2 overall, and 5-3 in the CACC. They currently sit in sixth place in the CACC. The top eight teams make the CACC Tournament.
After Dominican's Megan Geary scored a goal in the 15th and 27th minute to make it a 2-0 game, freshman Amber McGee scored her fourth goal of the season on assists from classmate Hailey McGee and junior Fitore Kllobocishta to make it a 2-1 game in the 43rd minute.
Geary would score in the 63rd minute for the hat trick and the Chargers added one more in the 79th minute.
The Eagles had ten shots on the day with Hailey McGee and Kllobocishta leading the way with three apiece.
Up next, the Eagles return home to play Holy Family at 1 p.m. on October 26.
