The Eagles used a strong first half performance, which consisted of 50% shooting from the field (16-32) and 83% shooting from 3PT range (5-6) while converting on 9 of 10 free throws. The strong shooting performance put the Eagles up 13 at halftime. 

The second half was played closely and the Setter's found their way within two points of the lead with under a minute left to play. Taylor Ceballos collected a defensive rebound with 17 seconds left and a two point lead, which eventually led to two free throw attempts for Melanie Polanco. Polanco converted both attempts and the Eagles secured a 71-67 victory. 

Mia Crooms led the Eagles in scoring with 13, she also added four rebounds in the winning effort. 

Sha'Raya Haines had a big game, scoring 12 points and grabbing six rebounds. 

Melanie Polanco added 12 points and five rebounds in the victory, including her two important free throws down the stretch.

Taylor Ceballos led the Eagles with nine rebounds and also contributed with seven points 

The Eagles enjoyed a 42-28 advantage on the boards but did turn the ball more than the Setter's (16-10).
