ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Post University women's basketball team was defeated by Roberts Wesleyan 83-55 on Saturday afternoon at the ECC-CACC Challenge in Rochester, N.Y. Junior Jovan Kingwood (Norwalk, Conn.) led the Eagles with 12 points and eight rebounds.

Roberts Wesleyan scored the first 13 points of the game. Junior Tyra Jones (Rochester, N.Y.) ended the run on a layup off a dish from junior Nicole Sheloski (Hudson Falls, N.Y.) midway through the first quarter. Jones finished with 11 points and five rebounds.

Kingwood and Jones combined for seven points during a 8-2 Eagles' run in the third quarter. Junior Jessica Ayala (Middletown, N.Y.) hit a jumper with 3:13 left in the third to cut the deficit to 52-33, the smallest since early in the second quarter.
