WATERBURY, Conn. – The Post University men's basketball team returns home on Saturday afternoon to face Holy Family. The Tigers are tied atop the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) South Division with an 8-2 record. The Eagles are in first place in the North Division with a 7-3 record. Post has defeated Holy Family four straight time at Drubner.

Jah'sheme Ringgold (Easton, Md.) brought the Eagles back in front. He hit a layup off a dish by classmate
Matt Mareno (San Francisco, Calif.) and then forced a turnover on the other end and was fouled. Ringgold made both free-throws and, after a 10-second violation by Felician, nailed a jumper to put Post in front 46-43 with 10:53 remaining.

Marko Kozul hit from distance on two straight possessions for the Golden Falcons as they built up another five-point lead with 8:14 left. Freshman
Tyler Desrosiers (Agawam, Mass.) made a three off a pass from senior
Nardie Bogues (Baltimore, Md.) to cut the deficit to 54-52. After two free-throws by Felician, Desrosiers found Bogues from deep and pull Post within one with 5:21 remaining.

The Eagles were 6-of-7 from distance down the stretch and junior
Brandt Voiles (Byron, Ill.) hit a three with 2:10 left to give Post the lead for good. Junior
David Seymour (Amityville, N.Y.) put the Eagles in front by 66-62 with 47 seconds left with a three. Mareno had two of his season-high six blocked shots in the final minute to help preserve the victory.

Scouting the TigersHoly Family enters Saturday at 14-5 overall and 8-2 in the CACC, tied for first place in the South Divison with USciences. The Tigers have won four of the last five, with the lone loss coming to USciences. Reggie Charles leads the team at 17.7 points and 4.8 assists per contest. Holy Family averages 74.9 points per game and is third in the nation in three-point attempts at 29.5 per game. The Tigers are tough defensively, holding their opponents to just a 39.0 shooting percentage from the field, good for eighth in Division II.

Post has held its rivals to under 25.0 percent shooting in six games this year. Their season-best performance came in the opener against Roberts Wesleyan as the Redhawks were just 7.7 percent (1-13) from distance.

Matt Mareno (San Francisco, Calif.) has been named CACC Rookie of the Week on four times this season and ECAC Rookie of the Week three times. Mareno leads the team at 13.1 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game. He has also posted four double-doubles this year.

Rokas Lapsys (Vilnius, Lithuania). Lapsys who appeared in just three games, averaging 9.3 minutes per outing. This year's roster features 13 players including six freshman, two sophomores, four juniors, and one senior. The players come from all over the globe with two from England in freshmen
Kyle Squire (Cheshire, England) and
