Childs-Harris Has Double-Double

Waterbury, Conn. –
The Post University dropped an out of conference game to Saint Michael's of the Northeast-10, 77-44 in a game in Colchester, VT on Tuesday.
The loss snaps a two game winning streak for the Eagles. Post is now 3-4 overall this season, but is still undefeated in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play at 3-0.

Freshman Lexus Childs-Harris (New London, Conn.) had a double-double for the Eagles with 11 points and 11 rebounds. She also contributed four steals and two assists. Sophomore Liz Falcigno led the Eagles in scoring with 17 points.

Saint Michael's improves to 6-3 overall on the season.

The Purple Knights jumped out to a 10-0 lead at the 15:36 mark to set the tone early. Sophomore Nicole Sheloski (Hudson Falls, N.Y.) hit a jumper to start the scoring for the Eagles at 15:02 with a jumper. After that point, the Eagles were able to decrease the deficit to 12-10 before the Purple Knights went on a 31-13 run to end the half.

The second half wasn't much better for the Eagles as they were unable to get much closer to the Purple Knights. St. Michael's outscored the Eagles, 34-21 in the second half.
