Jill Kowalik returns in 2014 for her second stint as Post University women's lacrosse head coach. She previously held the role from the program's inception in 2010 until 2012. 

In 2014, Kowalik coached the Eagles to its most victories in program history with four wins. She mentored Miranda Polaski, the team's first-ever All-American. Polaski and Meghan Diggett also became the first two players to ever score 100 goals in their careers in 2014.

Kowalik led the Eagles to the first win in school history 13-10 over Bridgeport on March 4, 2011. She has recruited and coached two All-CACC honorees in Stephanie Marran (First Team, 2011) and current assitant coach Mallorie Michalak (Second Team, 2012). Marran was also named conference rookie of the year in 2011. Kowalik also brought in Meghan Diggett and Miranda Polaski, 2013 All-CACC performers and the top two goal-scorers in program history.

Prior to Post, Kowalik was the head coach at Northwest Catholic High School in West Hartford, Conn. During her time there she made steady improvements to the girl’s lacrosse program. In the 2008 season, Kowalik guided Northwest Catholic to the semi-final game in the CIAC state tournament for Division II schools.  She was named the 2006 Division II Coach of the Year for the state.
