Karin Mann

Karin Mann is entering her 26th year as a member of the Post University athletic department in 2024 and was named the Director of Athletics in August 2024. She came to Post after earning her Masters in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania, in 1998, as the school's head athletic trainer.

In her role as senior associate athletic director at Post University, Mann worked closely with the Counseling Center to provide more athletic focused mental health services to the University's 22 NCAA Division II teams, including establishing the specific role of Athletic Health and Wellness Counselor, directing and administration of all aspects of the compliance program, monitoring Title IX requirements, as well as assisting in the athletic training department.

Her extensive experience within the athletics department included roles such as - Compliance Coordinator, Assistant Athletic Director, Sr. Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator. She serves as one of the institutions Deputy Title IX coordinators.

Mann holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Sacred Heart University (1997) and a master's degree in athletic training from California University of Pennsylvania (1998). 

She is a certified athletic trainer (NATABOC), and possesses FA/CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification. She is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.

She resides in Waterbury, Conn.
