Alexandria Rheaume was named an Assistant Coach for the Women’s Flag Football program in September 2025.
Rheaume joins from nearby Middletown, Connecticut, after graduating from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Sociology back in 2020. She is no stranger to the world of athletics and being a leader. She has a compelling background of championing her various sports teams into regional and national success, as well as achieving numerous accolades for academic recognition since 2013. Recently, she has worked as an administrative figure and representative for a youth flag football league in local Wallingford, CT, which facilitates the growth and development of up to 400+ children ages 5-14 into formidable opponents on the field and respectful citizens within the community.
Her versatile experience allows her to transform the game of flag football at Post University as a beacon call for excellence, leadership, and perseverance. As the sport continues to grow in popularity across the east coast, Rheaume aims to cultivate this program as the leading example of success through passion and grit.
