“I am excited to have joined Eagles Nation and the Waterbury community," Phillips said. "I'm honored that Coach Jon is giving me the opportunity to be part of his journey and trusting me to help lead Post women's basketball to success."

Phillips has spent the past 4 years building an impressive resume in women’s basketball coaching world. However, Phillips graduated with her bachelor's degree in biblical studies and sports administration from Belhaven (Ms) University in 2015, where she was a member of the women's track & field team.
