Philadelphia, Pa. – The Post University women's tennis lost a 6-1 Central Atlantic Collegiate (CACC) match to Jefferson on Wednesday afternoon.
Annunciate De-Souza won the lone point for the Eagles in singles No. 1 after winning the first set, 6-1 before a retirement by her opponent.
All but singles no. 4 went two sets. Alexandra Dereban won the second set in her match but lost, 10-4 in the third.
De-Souza and Oceane Mallevre won doubles no. 2, 6-0, but the Rams won the point, winning two of the three matches.
The Eagles will close out their CACC regular season with a 1 p.m. home match against Goldey-Beacom on October 16.
