Women's Hockey Team Names Captains For 2021 Season

Post University Women's Ice Hockey head coach Heath Isaacson announced the 2020-21 captains today. Senior forwards Paige Dundas and Kathleen Takita will be co-captains.

"Both of these student-athletes have displayed leadership qualities from early in their Eagle careers" said Isaacson. "They started their career in only Post's second year as a program and have been an integral part in helping to develop and build the culture of the program from the ground up."

Dundas played in all 35 games last season, recording six goals and 12 assists (which tied for the team lead) for 18 points. She has been an alternate captain the last two seasons before being elevated to co-captain this season. In total, Dundas has played in 89 career games, scoring 11 goals and 16 assists for 27 points.

Takita played in all 35 games last season, recording three assists. They have been an alternate captain the last two seasons also, before being elevated to co-captain for their senior season. In total, Takita has played in 99 career games, scoring five goals and nine assists for a total of 14 points.
