Robert Sherry III caught five passes for 39 yards and
Dorian Judkins had four catches for 26 yards.
Hansley Dalembert led the Eagles with ten tackles.
Hunter Skelly had eight.
Penn scored on its first six possessions of the game. Eddie Jenkins went 8-for-11 passing for 136 yards for Penn. He threw for one TD and ran for three TDs. Laquan McKever also added two touchdowns for the quakers.
