Philadelphia, Pa. - The Post University men's tennis season came to a conclusion on Tuesday afternoon after a 4-0 loss to No. 2 Chestnut Hill in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference semifinal matchup.
The No. 3 seeded Eagles played two tight doubles matches but lost both matches, 6-4 as sophomore
Nino Krneta (Zadar, Croatia) and senior
Ivan Rajevac (Dubrovnik, Croatia) lost in no. 1 doubles and senior
Jonathan Compres (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) and junior
Joe Alvord (Southbury, Conn.) dropped no. 3 doubles.
In singles, junior
Samuel Urban (Kosice, Slovakia), Rajevac and freshmanÂ
Alexandre Romieu (Lyon, France) also lost in two sets.
The Eagles finish their season at 11-11.
