Waterbury, Conn. - The Post University Eagles women's basketball team will take on Roberts Wesleyan in an out of conference matchup on Monday, January 5 at 7 p.m.Â
Post is coming off of a 92-69 loss to USciences on January 3. Junior Deaisia Acklin led all Eagles in scoring with 22 points. Freshman Lexus Childs-Harris (New London, Conn.) scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds, and classmate Toni Deren (Greenlawn, N.Y.) scored 12 points, all coming on three-pointers.Â
The Eagles are currently 3-10 overall and 3-2 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, which puts them in fourth place.

Acklin is shooting her way up the scoring chart in the CACC as she is now averaging 14.7 points per game, tying her for sixth place in the conference.

The Redhawks of the East Coast Conference are currently 5-3 overall, and 1-2 in the ECC. They have lost two of their last three games, including a loss to University of the District Columbia on Dec. 19. They have not played a game since.
