Waterbury, Conn. - The Post University women's basketball team will lookes on Goldey-Beacom in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference game on Saturday.
The Eagles are currently 5-15 overall and 5-6 in the CACC, which puts them in third place in the North Division.
Post is coming off of a spirited 85-77 defeat by Dominican on January 28. In that game, freshman Nicole Viselli (Groveland, Ma.) tied a school record with seven three-pointers. She finished with 21 points on the evening. The Eagles were down by 18 in the second half before mounting a comeback and cutting the deficit to five points before Dominican was able to put the game away. Freshman Lexus Childs-Harris (New London, Conn.) scored 17 points and junior Deaisia Acklin (Bronx, N.Y.) had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Acklin is currently eighth in the CACC in scoring at 14.4 points per game thanks in large part to her ability to get to the line. She has made 77 free-throws, putting her third in the CACC.

Goldey-Beacom comes into the game with an 8-12 overall record and a 7-4 record in the CACC. They are in fourth place in the South Division and look poised to qualify for the CACC tournament.
