The Mavericks extended their lead out of the break with a 23-14 run over the first 6:21 of the half, going up 68-54.

Latham, for one last time in an Eagles uniform, scored 19 points in a 35-11 run, and putting Post up by 10 points and effectively shutting down the Mavericks for the rest of the game.
