Preview: Eagles Take On College Of Saint Rose

Both Teams Try To Snap Losing Streaks

Waterbury, Conn. - The Post University women's basketball tries to stop a four game losing streak as it takes on College of Saint Rose on Sunday in Springfield, Mass. at 1:30 p.m.

In their last game, the Eagles dropped a 68-46 contest to American International College in the first game of the American International Holiday Tournament. Freshman Lexus Childs-Harris led the way for the Eagles with 16 points. Junior Deaisia Acklin (Bronx, N.Y.) added 12 points.

Childs-Harris is now ninth in the CACC in scoring at 14.4 points per game.

About College of Saint Rose

College of Saint Rose is currently 3-7 overall and 1-4 in the Northeast-10 Conference. The Golden Knights have lost their last four games, including a 64-49 loss to New York Institute of Technology on Saturday during the first day of the AIC Holiday Tournament.

Sophomore Staci Barrett leads the Golden Knights in points per game at 11.2. Senior Mariah Lesure is scoring 10.3 points per game and classmate Jamie Hutcheson averages 10.1 points per game.
