WATERBURY, Conn. (February 12, 2011)— What a performance. Holy Family University ran a basketball clinic at the Drubner Center Saturday, knocking off Post University, 98-51.

Raven Wright-James led Post University (7-14, 5-9 CACC) with 10 points. Jessica Webber and Kelli Reynolds each scored 8 points for the Eagles.

It was quite an impressive showing by the Tigers (17-1, 14-1 CACC) who dominated the Eagles in all facets of the game. They were Chris Paul-quick, Ray Allen-accurate, and Steve Nash-precise. They looked every bit the part of the best team in the conference.

Holy Family shot 58 percent from the field in the game, including 61 percent in the second half, when the second-teamers played most of the minutes.

Guard Erin Mann led Holy Family with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Catherine Carr added 19 points, and three other Tigers scored in double figures.

Holy Family also outrebounded the Eagles, 51-32.

Post University returns to action February 15, when they welcome Bloomfield College to the Drubner Center.
