PHILADELPHIA, PA (February 27, 2010) Post University's Women's Basketball team will end their season with a 6-20, 2-16 CACC record after falling to USP on the road Saturday 81-58. USP ends their season 11-15, 7-11 CACC.

The Eagles had three players score in double figures led by Monique Chance with 15 points and nine rebounds. Mallorie Michalak scored 12, while Elizabeth Johnson added 10. The Devils were led by Erin Chesnavich who scored 20 points.

Chance would be the first player to score in the game, but it would be the only time in the contest the Eagles would have a lead. With 7 minutes left in the half, the Devils amassed a 14 point advantage on their way to a 34-21 halftime score.

Out of the locker rooms the Eagles struggled to find the bottom of the net as USP went on a 13-0 run to open the half. USP outshot Post University 61.3 percent to 37.1 percent in the second, while maintaining a lead around twenty points. At the end of 40 minutes, USP held on for an 81-58 victory.

The key to victory for the Devils was in keeping Post University freshman scoring leader Aubrey Latham to only 4 points on the day and forcing the Eagles to make 11 turnovers as compared to USP's 5 throughout the entire game.
