BOX SCORE WATERBURY, Conn.--Post University dropped a tough 62-61 decision to Cheyney College in Pennsylvania Saturday. 

Kelli Reynolds led the Eagles with 16 points. 

Cheyney used an 11-2 run late in the second half to grab control of the game, which had been back and forth all day long. 

Colleen Hanscom hit a three pointer with 5 seconds left to bring the Eagles (1-6) within one, but the Wolves were able to escape a foul on the ensuing inbounds play and made out with a hard-fought win. 

Christalee Lynch led the Wolves (4-3) with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Lachelle Miller had 13 points, and Tamara Russell added 12 points for Cheyney. 

Casey Brooks had 10 points for the Eagles, and Mallorie Michalak added 8 points and 5 rebounds.

 Post University will return to action on Wednesday in New York when they take on Concordia.
