WATERBURY,Conn.--The Post University women's basketball team defeated Nyack College, 84-72, Saturday at the Drubner Center.

Five different Eagles scored in double figures, including Raven Wright-James, who lit up the scoreboard for 22 points and 6 rebounds.

Monique Chance had 17 points and 7 rebounds for the Eagles (3-7, 2-2 CACC) and Mallorie Michalak, Elizabeth Johnson, and Kelli Reynolds all scored 12 points in the double-digit victory.

The Eagles used a 15-2 second half run to erase an eight-point deficit and vanquish the Warriors (4-5, 0-2 CACC).

Nyack received a great individual performance from forward Bobby Fleet, who scored 23 points and pulled down 18 rebounds. 

Victoria Sweet also scored 21 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, but it wasn't enough, as the rest of the Warriors mustered just 27 points total.

Post University returns to action next January 8, when they welcome Wilmington University to the Drubner Center.
