Felician Downs Women's Basketball 69-43

RUTHERFORD, NJ (December 10, 2009) The Felician Golden Falcons defeated the Post University Eagles Women's Basketball team 69-43 Thursday night at the Job Gymnasium. The loss drops the Eagles to 3-5 overall and 0-2 in the CACC.

Freshman Aubrey Latham lead Post University with 15 points while Elizabeth Johnson scored 7. Felician's Quay Bakerville tallied 26 points and 11 rebounds in the victory.

The first half was evenly contested with the Eagles holding a 25-23 point advantage heading into the break. 

With 16:23 left in the second half, Felican began a 16-0 run that lasted until 10:58 when Latham connected from beyond the arc. The Golden Falcons outscored the Eagles 46-18 in the second half en route to a 69-43 point win. 

Post University will be back in action again at Nyack on Saturday afternoon.
