St. A's Wins over Eagles Women's Basketball

MANCHESTER, NH (November 15, 2009 ) Post University's Women's Basketball team fell to St. Anselm Sunday 58-35. It was the first win for St. A's head coach DeAnn Craft.

The Eagles trailed at the half 29-24, scoring only 11 points in the second half. Jhenel Franklin led the Eagles with 7 points, and 6 rebounds. Kendra Pitts and Liz Johnson both had 4 points. 

Both teams pulled down 31 rebounds, while the Eagles main struggle was shooting 3-22 from the floor in the second half. 

Epiphany Smith scored 20 points to led the way for St. Anselm.
The Eagles will be in action again at Bridgeport on November 18th.
