In the Eagles first meet of the season, the Marist Invitational, on Saturday, Fitzgerald placed 17th overall out of 55 runners with a time of 19:36.9 on the 5K course. She was second among non-DI runners at the event. Fitzgerald earned CACC Co-Runner of the Week honors.
