Post University Athletics

Led by Head Coach J.J. DeTemple in his only season as the Head Coach for Post University Men's Basketball, the Eagles went 19-10 overall and 15-5 in conference play en route to their first CACC Championship in program history. After starting the year 2-6, Post would go on win streaks of three and four with the four-game winning streak encompassing a stretch in which they won 11 of their last 12 games of the season, including a seven-game winning streak en route to their championship. The Eagles took down Caldwell University in the CACC Semifinals, 89-67, before a close battle with Felician University secured the champion win, 74-70. 

DeTemple's coaching staff included Will Johnson, Todd McEvoy, Dan Carroll, and Blaine Arthur. Players who were part of that championship-winning team were Chris Bethune, Charles Solomon, Jermaine Robinson, Terence Wilkins, Colin O'Reilly, Omar Thompson, Lauriston Beech, Justin Skipwith, Glenn Gary, Will Moore, Alex Tonne, Ron Christy, Ronan O'Leary, Wes Firmin, and Russ Paulding.
