WATERBURY, Conn. – The Post University baseball team assisted in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Litchfield walk on Sunday, Oct. 14. The Eagles helped raise over $175,000 for breast cancer research at the event. Over 1,000 people attended the event. Throughout the day student-athletes assisted with parking, traffic control and setup and breakdown.

AJ McNamara said. “We learned how to be strong and persevere through tough and critical times in our lives. It was a tremendous overall effort and the guys were touched to meet all the survivors who were present. All the credit to associate head coach

Through the efforts of t-shirt sales and charitable donations the program raised $750 to donate to the cause.
